The store is clean, modern, and inviting. It carries all of your favorite flavors and unique creations. Employees are friendly, eager to serve, and extremely knowledgeable. I actually learned more about Graeter's rich heritage and its unique ice cream making process, in just one visit to this location; compared to all other visits to other locations, combined. It is a welcomed addition to University Station and the Xavier area community.January 14, 2017
